Shipping & Returns

Dewey Weber utilizes UPS, FedEx, and USPS for shipments. Dewey Weber works to fill orders within five business days of order receipt. We will ship your orders via ground shipment. Ground shipments usually arrive within 5-7 days after processing from our factory located in San Clemente, CA, but this depends on your location. We do not process orders on Saturday, Sunday, or national holidays.

Place Orders and Pay Online
Simply add all your items to your shopping cart and then continue to check out. We will calculate your shipping cost. Dewey Weber currently accepts payment by Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.

Sales Tax
Tax may be applied to your order if it ships from the same state or province as your shipping address. We don’t know the exact amount of tax until your order ships. For this reason, the order total in your confirmation email may not reflect the exact amount of this tax. Sales tax may be applied to shipping and handling charges.

Telephone, Postal Mail, Fax, or Email Orders
Telephone, postal mail, Fax, and email orders are not accepted.

Dewey Weber does not accept credit card numbers delivered by email. You should not ever send credit card numbers by email, as it is not a secure practice.

COD Orders
COD orders are not accepted.

Dewey Weber Free Shipping: Shipping Charges are USD$ 0.00 with a Minimum Charge of USD$ 0.00

Free shipping requires a coupon code.

Dewey Weber reserves the right to refuse any sale at any time.


RETURNING MERCHANDISE
You can return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Unless otherwise noted, the refund will be for the full value of the returned items. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.

To initiate a return, you must first obtain a Return number. To begin, log into your account, select the order you are returning items for, and follow the step-by-step directions. Then return the items, in their original product packaging, to Dewey Weber, 1321-P Calle Valle, San Clemente, California 92672.

Credit for the returned items is applied to the credit card that was used to make the purchase. Returns will be applied to the purchasing credit card within 5 to 10 days of the date that the return is accepted by the fulfiller.

If the return is a result of our error, Dewey Weber may compensate you for the return shipping.

REFUNDS, CREDITS AND BALANCES DUE
As soon as the fulfiller receives and processes your return, we will notify you via email. Your credit card should be credited within 10 business days of the time that you receive this email. The return credit should be reflected on your statement within one or two billing periods, depending on your financial institution’s billing cycle.

Defective Items
A defective item is one that is inoperable but has no apparent damage. If you receive defective merchandise, please call Dewey Weber for assistance at 1-949-366-6398.

Damaged Items
If an order arrives to you with obvious shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please call Dewey Weber immediately at 1-949-366-6398.

Please save all packaging material and paperwork for the order if shipping damage is a possible issue. If you dispose of packaging material or attempt to return the merchandise without contacting the fulfiller, you jeopardize our chances of making a claim, and you may not receive credit for the return.

Limits of Responsibility
We accept no responsibility for user-initiated damage and/or loss of parts incurred during operation or use of product.

International and U.S. Territory Shipping
Currently Dewey Weber ships only to US addresses.

APO and FPO Addresses
Dewey Weber ships to APO or FPO address for the same shipping and handling charges as any US address. Delivery times will vary.

All prices, pictures, and descriptions on this website are subject to change. We maintain no responsibility for inadvertent errors.
