When you shop with Dewey Weber, we want you to be completely satisfied. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for an exchange or refund of the purchase price you paid minus all shipping charges. Dewey Weber can only accept returns purchased through www.deweyweber.com.
Just send your unused or unworn item to us within 30 days of shipment with a receipt which was included in your shipment. We will issue you a credit to your credit card or send the replacement item. Dewey Weber can only issue credit to the credit card used for the purchase. If we believe that the product you’ve returned has been damaged or worn, we will send it back to you as soon as possible. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. All returns must be sent back to Dewey Weber and not to any of our retail stores, they are not capable of handling returns.

When you use a credit card to place an order, the billing address you provide must match the billing address that is on file with the financial institution that issued the credit card. If a credit card authorization fails, we reserve the right to cancel your order without notifying you.
Dewey Weber cannot work out credit card problems with your financial institution if a credit card is declined. It is your responsibility, as a consumer, to settle credit card problems with the issuing institution, then place the order again when the problem is resolved.
Place Orders and Pay Online
Simply add all your items to your shopping cart and then continue to check out. We will calculate your shipping cost. Dewey Weber currently accepts payment by Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
Tax may be applied to your order if it ships from the same state or province as your shipping address. We don’t know the exact amount of tax until your order ships. For this reason, the order total in your confirmation email may not reflect the exact amount of this tax. Sales tax may be applied to shipping and handling charges.
Telephone, Postal Mail, Fax, or Email Orders
Telephone, postal mail, Fax, and email orders are not accepted.

Dewey Weber does not accept credit card numbers delivered by email. You should not ever send credit card numbers by email, as it is not a secure practice.
COD orders are not accepted.

Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where and when discovered. Dewey Weber reserves the right to revoke any stated offer, cancel orders, and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions in any stated offer or price, including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your payment processed.
If your payment has already been processed for the purchase when your order is cancelled, Dewey Weber will issue a credit to the payment method used in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with Dewey Weber’s Return Policy.
